General information
Are all the products made in Italy?
- Yes they are, the raw materials are imported, then are worked, weaved and packed in Italy, above all in Biella.
Are the sheep killed to extract the cashmere?
- Absolutely no. The hair is extracted by the hackling of the fibres in spring, in a limited period, with delicate tools. The sheep are not sheared or traumatised.
Where the cashmere comes from?
- The most important producers of raw cashmere are: Mongolia, India, Pakistan and China

How long do i have to return the product?
- You have 15 working days from receipt of the products.
What are the rules about returns policy?
- You may return products purchased from CASHMEREWOOL without any penalty and without specifying the reason within ten (10) working days of receipt of the products purchased on
- To cancel your contract with CASHMEREWOOL we invite you to send an e-mail with the invoice number, description of the products you wish to return and optionally the reason for this return.
Is there a guarantee on the quality of cashmere?
- Yes, there is (Please see the certificate of warrantee)
What payment methods do you accept?
- You can choose to pay through: Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Is the payment by credit card safe?
- Online transactions using a credit card are carried out directly on the bank’s web site, using Secure Server which uses SSL system protection.No one, not even Cashmerewool.it, will ever know customers’ credit card numbers. This type of payment is the fastest and most economic existing. NO COSTS ARE ENTAILED FOR CUSTOMER
Shipments
How long does it take for the product to arrive?
- The delivery time takes normally between 3/7 days to arrive, depending the period and location. We ship by air express parcel.
How much are the shipping costs?
- If you spend over 250 Euro, shipping is free.
Is it possible to have a gift package?
- Yes it is, it is also possible to ship to a special person with a dedication without additional costs.
Is it possible to track my order?
- Yes, immediately after shipment, we give you the tracking number in order to track your parcel constantly.
