The alpacas are native to the Andean plateaus of Chile, Peru and Bolivia. They have been bred since time immemorial for their splendid shiny, strong and warm coat.

The alpaca wool, warm and hypoallergenic, is renowned for its lightness and silkiness.
It is not dyed because it has 22 natural colours that range from the pure white to the tawny, to the range of browns to the gray up to the black and the shades in between.
Alpaca wool doesn’t contain lanolin therefore it does not matt and does not cause allergies.
